Credit Terms

These terms apply when you buy, receive, or use Codegraff credits. They are an agreement between you and The Standard Harness Company of Singapore (“Codegraff”, “we”, “us”) and sit alongside our Terms of Service. Where the two differ on credits, these terms apply.

Credits are a prepaid balance, shown in US dollars, that you spend on metered Codegraff services such as model requests through the gateway and sandboxes. Usage is deducted from your balance at the prices published when the usage happens.

You can buy credits by card through Stripe, with automatic top-ups, or with USDC or xSGD on Solana. Card payments include tax and a processing fee, shown before you pay. Crypto top-ups are credited once the transfer is confirmed on-chain.

We sometimes give credits for free, for example through a promo code or a program such as a student offer. Promotional credits may come with their own limits, which we tell you when you receive them. They have no cash value and are not applied against any taxes you owe.

Credits are not currency, cannot be exchanged for money or anything else of value, and do not give you a property right. They can only be spent on Codegraff services. Your balance is not a bank account, e-wallet, or stored-value facility.

All credit purchases are final. Credits, paid or promotional, are not refundable, except where the law requires a refund. Credits do not expire while your account is open.

You can see your balance and top-up history on the billing dashboard. Please check that top-ups and deductions look right, and tell us promptly at hi@codegraff.com if something looks wrong.

Credits belong to the account they were added to. You may not sell, trade, gift, or otherwise transfer them, and we do not recognize any attempt to. If we find credits being sold or transferred, or promotional credits being obtained by misuse, we may cancel those credits and suspend or close the accounts involved, without refund.

If we suspend or close your account under our Terms of Service, we may also suspend or cancel its credit balance, as the law allows.

We may update these terms by posting a new version on this page or by emailing the address on your account. Changes take effect when posted, or on the date given in our email. If you buy, receive, or use credits after that, the updated terms apply.
